Once you click through to the page with the pdf files, you have some choices.

    You can print the file directly from that page — all files are made for letter size paper

    If you right click on the file it should offer you the option to open the file with your defau;t pdf reader.

    Right clicking may also offer the option to Save As or download the file, depending on your browser and system.
